Job Opportunity – Assistant Project Coordinator

Perth and Kinross Foodbank have a vacancy for an Assistant Project Coordinator, see below for details.

Fixed term – 12 months

15 hours per week ;  Monday to Friday  afternoons 1 – 4p.m., with some flexibility

£9 per hour

The  Assistant Project Coordinator will work with  our Project Coordinator, Eleanor Kelleher, assisting in the running of the Foodbank, in particular with the training and support  of our volunteers, and ensuring that proper work-place policies are in place.

Key Skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the understanding to deal with vulnerable people
Communication – both written and oral
Ability to plan, organise and manage a developing project
Computer skills

Personal Attributes
Ability to work unsupervised
Honesty and integrity
Ability to work as part of a team
Value all the people who come into contact or work in the Foodbank
Physically fit
Be in sympathy with the Christian values of The Trussell Trust
